Why Lease With RTM Networks?
Fast provisioning
Once payment is confirmed, most leases are provisioned within several hours.
100% Clean IPs
Every address is scanned against 10+ blacklists before delivery.
Excellent service
Need something specific? We think along with our customers and handle requests swiftly.
Flexible Terms
Monthly, quarterly, or annual leases with easy scaling.
Everything Included
One price covers the lot. No service tiers, no add-ons, and no charge for the operational work that keeps a block usable. That work is the service, not an upsell. We handle the technical configuration so you can get on with your business.
IPv6 available too
We lease IPv6 alongside IPv4, with /48, /44 and /40 allocations as standard and larger on request. Dual-stacking is usually cheaper than adding more IPv4, so it is worth asking about if you are scaling.
See IPv6 leasingLeasing or buying: which fits
Both give you usable address space. The difference is capital, commitment, and who holds the registration.
Capital outlay
A lease is an operating cost with nothing to buy up front. A purchase ties up capital per address, which at current market rates is a significant one-off spend even for a single /24.
Commitment
Leases run monthly or annually and can be resized or handed back as your needs change. A purchase is permanent: an advantage when your requirement is stable, a liability when it is not.
Registration
Leased space stays registered to the holder and is announced under a Letter of Authorization. Bought space transfers into your own RIR account and appears in WHOIS under your organisation.
If you need space quickly, are testing a new market, or want to avoid a large capital commitment, leasing is usually the faster route. If you need the addresses on your own registry record for the long term, buying is worth the extra time.

A few of the businesses we have handled transfers, leases and sponsorships for.
We successfully worked with RTM Networks to buy a legacy IPv4/24 and receive a PI IPv6 /48. RTM is our LIR Sponsor and and the whole process was really smooth. Everything worked out the easy way without any troubles in transfer of the IP Ranges. We continue to work with them as LIR sponsor and infrastructure for one of the backbones we are connected now. Special thanks Rick for helping us in setting up the mesh connected backbones and bird. After decades in the business a great experience with cool people. Thank you for doing a great job.
I have been an RTM customer for about a year now (starting with a sister company, Bakker IT), and I have never encountered any hiccups. Based on my experience, Rick is truly dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience, at honest prices with great customer support and reactivity. They are my LIR as well as my lease-to-own sponsor for IPv4 space. The addresses are super clean! They truly are looking for long-term customership, and everything is there for it. You can't go wrong with RTM Networks!
I've known Rick since 2014, and over the past 12 years he has helped me tremendously in many different ways. When it comes to RIPE, networking, and everything related to network infrastructure, Rick is someone I know I can always rely on. His knowledge and experience are excellent, but what I appreciate most is his reliability. In all those years, he has never once let me down. Rick is incredibly helpful, friendly, trustworthy, and always willing to think along or help when needed. After 12 years of working together, I can confidently say that Rick and RTM Networks are people you can truly depend on. Rick, thank you for everything you've done over the years. I genuinely appreciate our cooperation and hope we'll continue working together for many more years!
I've started doing business with them over a year ago. During that time I leased an IPv4 network with them. With the Help of Rick we completely transferred the Network segment without any issues. Additional, Rick is very helpful with everything regarding RIPE, Registrations, Transfers, Help with Routing etc.
What we need to get started
Have these ready and the quote usually comes back in 1-3 business hours.
Block size
We lease from a single /24 upward. Anything smaller is not routable on the public internet.
RIR region
Which registry region you need the space in. This affects both availability and price.
Intended use
What will run on the addresses. We ask because clean space depends on knowing what it is used for.
How you will announce it
Your own ASN, your data centre's ASN, or a GRE tunnel from us. Any of the three works.
Company details
A registered business entity for the agreement. We do not lease to personal accounts.
Expected duration
Monthly or annual. Longer commitments generally attract better rates.
Leasing questions
How small a block can I lease?
From a single /24, which is 256 addresses. Anything longer than a /24 is filtered by most networks on the public internet, so smaller fragments cannot be announced reliably.
Can I announce leased space with my own ASN?
Yes. We issue a Letter of Authorization for the block, which your upstream or data centre uses to accept the announcement. If you do not have an ASN, your provider can usually announce on theirs, or you can route the space through one of our GRE tunnels instead.
Are the addresses clean?
We check blocklist status before handover and monitor the major RBLs for the duration of the lease. If a listing appears we work through delisting with you. Reputation depends on what you send, so keeping it clean is a shared responsibility.
What happens at the end of a lease?
You can extend, resize, or hand the space back. Monthly leases can be cancelled with 30 days notice, and fixed terms of a year or more run to the end of the agreed period. If you want to keep the block, you keep it: that is the Block Continuity Guarantee, and it is in our Terms of Service rather than sold as a premium tier. If you do end a lease, we ask that you stop announcing the block on the end date so it can be reissued.
Can I use leased addresses with a cloud provider?
Often, yes. AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Vultr, Hetzner and OVHcloud all support bringing your own IP in some form, though each sets its own requirements and most want a /24 minimum. Tell us which provider you have in mind and we will confirm before you commit.
Do you set up RPKI?
Yes. We create the ROA for your announcement as part of setup, so the route validates instead of being flagged invalid by the growing number of networks that enforce RPKI.
