Our Story
RTM Networks was founded to address the growing complexity of the IPv4 market. As IPv4 addresses became increasingly scarce following the exhaustion of free pool allocations by all five Regional Internet Registries, businesses needed a trusted partner to navigate the secondary market.
We recognized that many organizations were sitting on unused IPv4 space while others desperately needed addresses to grow their networks. Our mission became clear: connect these two sides of the market with transparent, secure, and efficient brokerage services.
Today, RTM Networks manages thousands of IPv4 addresses across all RIR regions. We serve hosting providers, ISPs, cloud companies, data centers, and enterprises worldwide. Our team combines deep technical expertise with comprehensive knowledge of RIR policies and market dynamics.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is leasing IPv4 addresses legal?
Yes, in most regions. IPv4 leasing is widely practiced, though policies vary by RIR. Some RIRs have specific rules around sub-assignments and transfers. We ensure every lease complies with the applicable RIR policies.
How long does an IPv4 transfer take?
RIPE transfers typically take 1-2 weeks. ARIN and APNIC transfers take 2-4 weeks. LACNIC can take 1-2 months. Timing depends on documentation completeness.
What does 'clean' IP addresses mean?
Clean IPs are not listed on any major blacklists, have no abuse history, and have a clear routing history. We scan against 24+ blacklists before delivery.
Do I need my own ASN?
Not necessarily. Your data center can announce the subnet on their ASN, or we can announce the subnet on our infrastructure or help you apply for your own ASN if you need it.
What is a LOA?
A Letter of Authorization (LOA) is a document that gives you permission to announce a subnet from any data center or upstream provider.
Can I use leased IPs with cloud providers?
Yes. Many cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, Vultr, Hetzner, OVHcloud) support BYOIP (Bring Your Own IP). We can help configure this.
