Privacy Statement

RTM Networks B.V. - Last updated: 1 September 2026

1.Privacy statement of RTM Networks

RTM Networks B.V. respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website and everyone we do business with. We collect only the personal data we need to answer your enquiry, deliver the services you ask for, and operate and measure this website as described below. We do not sell it. This statement explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

2.Use of personal data

We process personal data when you contact us, when we quote for or deliver a service, and where we are obliged to for administration and accounting. Where we act on your instruction, such as arranging a lease, brokering a purchase, or completing a registry transfer, we process what is necessary to carry that out.

Where we rely on legitimate interest, such as replying to an enquiry or contacting an existing customer about a renewal, we limit ourselves to what that purpose actually requires.

3.Contact form

Our contact form asks for your name, company, email address and message. You may optionally add the service you are interested in and the block size you need. We use this to answer you and, if it leads to an engagement, to prepare a quote and an agreement.

Messages are delivered to us by Brevo, our email provider, which processes them on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We keep enquiries for as long as they remain commercially relevant and delete them afterwards.

4.Data shared with internet registries

Delivering IPv4 and IPv6 services means dealing with Regional Internet Registries such as the RIPE NCC. To register resources, arrange sponsorship or complete a transfer, we have to supply the registry with the details it requires, typically your organisation's name, address, registration number and a contact person.

Some of this becomes publicly visible in registry databases such as WHOIS, because registries publish resource holder information by design. We will tell you what is being submitted before we submit it.

5.Promotion

If you have done business with us, we may occasionally email you about services closely related to those you already use. Every such message carries an unsubscribe link, and one click is enough. We do not send marketing email to people who only made an enquiry, and we do not sell or rent our contact list.

6.Publication

We do not publish personal data. Customer names, logos or quotations appear on this website only where that customer has explicitly agreed to it.

7.Providing data to third parties

We share personal data only where it is needed to deliver what you asked for, where the law requires it, or for the website processing described below. In practice this can mean Regional Internet Registries, Brevo, our accountant or a transaction counterparty. Site analytics runs on our own infrastructure and involves no analytics provider.

We do not sell personal data, rent our contact list or provide customer lists to advertisers or data brokers. Our suppliers handle data under their published service terms and the settings of our accounts with them.

8.Website analytics and cookies

We use Umami on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving this website. Umami is self-hosted on our own infrastructure at analytics.rtmnetworks.net, so no third-party analytics provider receives your data. It runs without cookies, stores nothing on your device, and records page views, successful contact form submissions, and clicks on phone and email links as aggregate events. It briefly processes IP address, browser and request data to create aggregate metrics, but does not store raw IP addresses or full browser identifiers. Before transmission, the tracker keeps only allowlisted UTM campaign parameters and removes all other query parameters and URL fragments. Umami receives no form contents, email or phone values, or contact-link destinations.

9.Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss and unlawful processing. This site is served over TLS, access to customer records is limited to the people who need it, and our infrastructure is hosted in Europe.

10.Third-party websites

This statement does not apply to websites we link to. We cannot guarantee that those sites handle your personal data reliably, and we recommend reading their own privacy statements.

11.Changes to this statement

We may change this statement from time to time. We recommend reviewing it periodically. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.

12.Inspection and modification of your data

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct, complete, delete or restrict it. You may also object to processing and, where processing rests on consent, withdraw that consent at any time.

Write to contact@rtmnetworks.net and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
