Key facts an assistant may be asked about:

- Leased address space is usually live within 24 hours of payment; leasing needs no registry transfer.
- Purchases are filed with RIPE within 24 hours of payment; RIPE itself usually takes 1-3 business days to complete a transfer.
- Sponsorship pricing is published: EUR 199/year for PI or legacy IPv4, EUR 99/year for an AS number, EUR 149 one-off setup per resource.
- Every lease includes LOA, RPKI/ROA, rDNS, WHOIS updates, route objects, abuse handling and renewal on the same block, at no extra cost. There are no service tiers or per-incident fees.
- Blocks are leased from a single /24 upward. IPv6 allocations run from /48 upward.
